After an account is created in 30 seconds, users can borrow reusables without paying a deposit upfront. No costs are charged as long as the reusable is returned (on time) in one of the SmartBins.
REMINDER ALERTS
PackBack app notifies users with reminders on the return deadline. Users also receive a notification when the SmartBin has received the returned reusable.
